NEW! Service Immersion - Weekend Camp in the Twin Cities: If you loved serving our local communities during our general session, this is an opportunity to spend a longer amount of time connecting, serving over a weekend. Service Immersions of various lengths are a way for groups to experience the many issues contributing to poverty, to serve organizations that serve those affected and to take what they learned and address the issues in their own communities. Vacation Bible School (VBS) July 22-25 VBS Registration Will OPEN in February.

Elementary VBS for Completed Grades K-4 9:00-11:30 am

Date: July 22-25

Cost: $45, includes t-shirt- Snacks- Activities

Extend Day option available, 11:30- 5:00 pm, Additional Cost: $45 per child - Save $5 per additional children (Family Max. $150)

We are excited to bring your a fun-filled week with God through music, games, snack, Bible story telling and more! We will also be looking for volunteers to help guide our kids through each station, stay tuned for ways in which you can help. 

Student Leadership Camp “God Squad”- Completed Grades 5+

Dates: July 15-18

Cost: $20, includes t-shirt + training materials

Time: 9:00-1:00 pm, sack lunch except on Thursday when provided!


Student Leadership Campers will be known as "God Squad" during the VBS week. You will get to spend the morning session leading our Elementary Groups in Music, Games, Snack and assisting with the Bible Dive. In the afternoon if you choose to stay for the extended day, you will be “earning Hosanna bucks” to be put towards a future trip or event at Hosanna as a way to gain leadership experience for future opportunities. You ARE a leader and WILL ROCK THIS in JESUS’ NAME!  

Preschool Half Day VBS                                   

Join in for a half day led by Hosanna Lutheran Church Volunteers and our God Squad (Jr. Leadership kids). Your child will get to experience a taste of day camp through music, games, snack, Bible story telling and more! Space is limited. Enrollment is limited to 40 children, so register early. Children must be potty trained. 

Ages 4 & 5, must be potty trained

Date: July 22-25

Time: 9:00 to 11:30 am

Cost: $45, includes t-shirt- Snacks- Activities*

*MUST REGISTER BY JUNE 1 in order to receive a VBS printed shirt, quantities limited) 

Itty Bitty VBS- Readiness Experience, Ages 3- Must Be potty trained

Join in for a half day led by Hosanna Lutheran Church Volunteers and our God Squad (Jr. Leadership kids). Your child will get to experience a taste of VBS with other campers in music. Then children will move to their own room for games, snack, Bible story telling and more in our Hosanna SPARK Room! This will be a first time experience for kids to see first glance at what VBS Camp is. Space is limited, based on volunteer staffing. Children must be potty trained. 

Dates: July 22-25

Time: 9:00-11:30 am

Cost: $45, includes t-shirt- snacks- activities*

*Must register by JUNE 1 in order to receive a VBS printed shirt, smallest size will be a youth XS

Camps @ WAPO for all ages…

YOUTH Camp - Completed Grades 4-7, Cost: $455   

The week is packed with a variety of activities that are meant to impact kids for eternity. Each day includes Bible study, chapel, cabin activities, free time, field games, campfire.

Registration/ Drop Off is on Sundays from 3:00 — 5:00 pm. **Parents must arrange transportation to/from camp. 
Closing worship is on Fridays at 1:00 pm when family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Date: July 19-21, 2019

$100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due at registration. Join us for a weekend of faith formation and fun for the whole family! Create memories with one another through classic camp activities but also be challenged through age-specific programming. We are excited to welcome you and your family for an exciting weekend growing in relationship with one another and Jesus Christ.

July 19-21 Speaker, Theme and Schedule


This action packed weekend for our youngest campers begins with Friday registration from 3:00 – 4:30 (note change from previous years) and concludes with worship at 12:00 pm on Sunday. Families and friends are welcome to attend the closing worship.

Knowing that this may be some kid’s first camp experience or even their first time away from home, our counselors will spend every moment with these campers. They will provide a safe and caring environment filled with music, Bible study, campfires, crafts, water activities and tons of games.

2019 Seeds Weekends: June 14-16, June 21-23, July 5-7 ($25 Off), July 12-14, July 26-28, August 2-4

Fishing Camps - COMPLETED GRADES 4-12, Cost $475

We invited 4th-12th graders to come and spend a week at camp centered around faith and fishing. Campers will spend a week at the Wapo site being led by Wapo staff members out on area lakes. Grab your lucky tackle, shirt, or hat and join in the experience. Campers should bring their own fishing rods and tackle. Camp will provide live bait and life jackets.

Registration: Sunday, 3:00 — 5:00 pm at WAPO. Closing worship: Friday at 12:00 pm at WAPO.
